Walter Choate, OD Optometrist and Eye Care Specialist
Dr. Choate is board-certified in the state of Tennessee in the treatment and management of eye diseases. He is also credentialed for the care and management of refractive surgery patients. He is able to address all kinds of vision needs, whether a patient is suffering from cataracts or dealing with myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), or astigmatism.
Dr. Choate is also an FDA investigator and consultant for contact lens-related products and equipment. This distinction gives Dr. Choate's patients access to the latest eye care technologies before they are made available to other practices in the South. His optical boutique offers high-end and luxury frames that are often not available at vision centers north of the city.
Dr. Choate is proud to serve the people of Middle Tennessee. He draws patients from Nashville, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and other communities in and around Davidson County.

Dr. Choate and everyone on staff were so friendly and helpful. He did a test for misalignment of my eyes that no other optometrist had ever mentioned to me before. It turns out that I have some misalignment and he prescribed specific lens to help with it. They also have a really good frames selection.
